Provide comprehensive case management and behavioral health services to children and their families to promote self-sufficiency and family reunification. Coordinate with external agencies and clinical teams to facilitate service plans and Child & Family Team meetings.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology, or a combination of a High School diploma/Associate degree with 2-4 years of behavioral health experience. Must possess a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, a valid AZ driver's license, and reliable transportation.

JFCS is seeking a compassionate professional to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.
