Provide emotional support and recovery guidance to individuals with substance use disorders using personal lived experience. Facilitate peer support groups and help clients navigate community resources to achieve long-term stability and independence.
Must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist Addiction (PSS-A) in Oregon and a registered Traditional Health Care Worker. Requires a valid Oregon driver's license and lived experience with recovery, mental health services, or as a family member of someone receiving such services.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
