Responsible for general clinical duties including taking vital signs, administering injections, and maintaining examination rooms at an outpatient site. Additionally, provides administrative support and assists in the documentation of patient records.
Requires effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate work within schedule constraints. Proficiency in EPIC software is required, and candidates must meet all training and competency standards.

May perform some administrative duties and support the documentation of patient records as dictated by the physician or provider.
