The LPN performs nursing duties, including patient evaluation and the implementation of individualized care plans under the supervision of an RN or physician. Responsibilities include monitoring patient outcomes and collaborating with clinical disciplines to meet resident and family needs.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing school and hold a current NYS Licensure. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or completion of equivalent study in an approved program in professional nursing.
