The coordinator provides individualized care for children and families under the CSED Waiver program using the wraparound philosophy. Key duties include building Child and Family Teams, developing individualized Plans of Care, and managing crisis and safety plans.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is required. Prior experience in human services is necessary, with a preference for those experienced in Wraparound and CSED Waiver services.
