Provide behavioral health services to people experiencing homelessness using a mobile medical van to engage patients in low-barrier environments. Work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver mental health and chemical dependency interventions.
Requires a Master's degree in social work and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Maine. Candidates must possess expertise in behavioral medicine and competence in emergency psychiatric and chemical dependency assessments.
Greater Portland Health is looking for an independently licensed behavioral health clinician (full licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LADC) is preferred; however, strong conditionally licensed candidates (LMSW-cc, LCPC,cc) will be considered) to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare team. The population served is primarily people experiencing homelessness. The team is mobile and will primary connect with patients in the community via our mobile medical van, with the goal of engaging patients in a low barrier environment.
