Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour.
Actual pay is based on years of licensure.

The Nurse Navigator serves as a patient advocate, educator, and coordinator, guiding patients and families through the healthcare continuum during the pre and post surgical areas. This role ensures patients receive timely, seamless, and compassionate care while supporting clinical teams in reducing barriers, improving outcomes, and enhancing the patient experience. The Nurse Navigator models the Mission, Values, and service standards through every interaction.
Education: BSN (Bachelors of Nursing) Experience: 3 years’ experience in areas such as Cardiology, Neuro Surgery, special procedures etc. Working knowledge of perioperative patient care processes. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requires an Associate degree in nursing and at least 3 years of experience in medical/surgical or ambulatory surgery settings. Must hold a current Illinois RN license and BLS CPR certification.
