About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for professional nursing practices including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The role involves working within the Medical/Surgical Inpatient Unit and transitioning to function independently in the Special Care Unit.

Position Summary

Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Registered Nurse (RN) position to join our Acute Care nursing team on our Medical/Surgical Inpatient Unit. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the practice of professional nursing, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of pediatric through geriatric patients. All Registered Nurses are expected to function independently in the Special Care Unit within a reasonable timeframe not to exceed 18 months.

FT (0.9 FTE) Med/Surg RN

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate’s Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred license in the State of Montana Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required ACLS and NRP certifications will be required within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 12 months PALS is required within 12 months.

Requirements
