Our Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Sports Medicine office is seeking a motivated and energetic LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare providers!
The Division of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and Sports Medicine is located at 1019 New Loudon Road in Latham.
Our division has 10 physicians and 16 medicine and pediatric residents.
As a patient centered medical home primary care office, the division is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
We are committed to meeting all of our patients needs from medical to psychosocial.
As a medicine and pediatrics office we see patients of all ages.

Under the direction of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN or practice coordinator, the LPN will provide direct patient care and assist in the following clinical functions to all providers.
