Provide high-quality hospice and palliative care to patients within the Metro Oklahoma City area. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered healthcare services.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma MD or DO license and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. A fellowship in Hospice & Palliative Care is preferred.
