The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality CT studies while ensuring patient safety and effective communication with radiologists. Duties include pre-screening patients for contra-indications, producing diagnostic images, and troubleshooting scanner equipment.
Candidates must be ARRT registered (or NMTCB certified where applicable) and hold a valid state license and CPR certification. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's degree is preferred.
