Provides direct and indirect patient care in a Med/Surg setting through assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Focuses on enhancing patient outcomes while preserving patient autonomy, dignity, and safety.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license with BLS certification. Computer literacy is required, while ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred.
