QualificationsAbout the
Role: The 180° Youth Outpatient Program is an integrated, intensive treatment program designed to support youth with serious mental health needs and their families. Serving youth transitioning from inpatient hospitalization or experiencing mental health challenges, 180° provides coordinated, compassionate care that meets families where they are. Our program promotes health youth, safe homes, and strong families through a comprehensive range of services, including individual and group therapy, family and parenting groups, court and community advocacy, and psychiatric services with medication evaluation and management. Treatment is collaborative, family-centered, and focused on long term stability and growth. At 180°, we help children, teens, and families build the skills needed to support positive mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience, so they can feel confident, connected, and hopeful about life. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

What
You
Will Do: Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines. Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to solve problems and negotiate tasks of daily living. Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing. Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.
