What you'll do (Key Responsibilities)
- As a CNA at Bayside Care Center, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
- Your daily impact will include: Providing direct resident care, including assisting with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility. Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.) and monitoring fluid intake/output. Assisting residents safely during transfers and ambulation using proper equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers). Collaborating closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for our residents. Recognizing and promptly reporting any changes in a resident’s condition.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Requirements): Certification: Active and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required).
Clearances
Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
Physical
Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Bayside Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
