Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a clinic setting, including diagnosing, treating, and managing medical and surgical needs. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery and maintain accurate medical records.
Requires a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and at least one year of clinical experience. Must possess a valid DEA number, state licensure, and national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or PA-C).
Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Wendover, Utah, clinic.

Responsible for providing care to patients in the clinic following established clinical standards and practices. Works autonomously as well as collaboratively with the entire clinic team to ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient health care.

Hours Per Week: 40
Location: Wendover, Utah
00 am – 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. Typically, three 12-hour shifts per week. Additional evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements.

Due to the remote location of this position, limited housing accommodations and transportation assistance may be available for employees working in Wendover, Utah, based on operational needs and availability.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; and successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner and/or at least 2 years of previous work as an RN prior to nurse practitioner school.
Experience working with the Native American community. (Preferred)
Experience in an acute or emergency care setting (Preferred)
A master’s degree in physician assistant education.
Experience: At least one (1) year working in a clinical setting as a physician assistant
