The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering respiratory therapy, analyzing blood samples, and responding to emergency codes. They also manage respiratory supplies and maintain critical medical equipment to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must hold a Michigan Respiratory Therapist License (RRT) and an Associate's degree from a CoARC approved school. BLS-HCP certification is required, with PALS and NRP certifications expected within one year.
