The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating competent, evidence-based care across the care continuum for hematology oncology patients. This includes participating in decision-making, mentoring, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Candidates must have an Associate of Nursing (ASN) and an active RN license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact license. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required, and graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is expected.
