The Registered Nurse administers resident care and medication under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or a physician. Responsibilities include documenting care, assessing resident conditions, and supervising personnel according to facility policy.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is recommended, along with a compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.
