The nurse is responsible for performing initial home care visits, assessing patient symptoms, and providing wound and IV care. They must also educate patients and caregivers while coordinating with other disciplines and supervising field staff.
Candidates must be Registered Nurses with experience in home health care and competence in Oasis documentation. Knowledge of Medicare regulations and the ability to manage patient care plans is required.

Provide IV line care and maintenance
