Responsibilities

Provide remote therapy services to clients using a secure telehealth platform Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs Build treatment plans that support realistic client goals Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and related issues Complete progress notes and required clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment focus as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards in all client interactions Coordinate with appropriate care resources when clinically necessary Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Stable weekday schedule If this sounds like the right fit for your clinical background, send your resume and take the next step toward a remote therapy career.
