The successful candidate will focus on classroom and clinical teaching in Medical Surgical Nursing. They will also contribute to the development of innovative nursing programs and services for the university and community.
A Master's in Nursing is required, with a doctoral degree preferred, along with a PA registered nurse license. Candidates must have at least 2 years of teaching and 5-10 years of clinical experience.
A doctoral degree is preferred; DNP and/or ABD candidates may be considered. A Master’s in Nursing is required. At least 2 years of teaching and 5-10 years of clinical experience in nursing. PA registered nurse license and malpractice insurance also required. Candidate must demonstrate potential for research productivity in the form of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. Demonstrated potential for success in college teaching and contributing to academic program development at the undergraduate levels, and demonstrated ability to work in partnerships with clinical settings.
