The RN is accountable for all aspects of adult and geriatric patient care within the ICU following the Nursing Process and California Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include maintaining nursing standards for optimal patient outcomes and supervising nursing personnel.
Candidates must possess a current California RN license. Current BLS (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association is also required.
