The specialist provides training and support to resource parents and works as part of a family support team. Responsibilities include recruiting homes and ensuring compliance with licensing standards and regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and two years of social services experience, including one year of child welfare case management. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Flexible scheduling *On-Call Rotation required*
The Licensing & Placement position provides training to resource homes, support to recourse parents, work as part of the family support team, recruit homes when applicable to the contract they are working on, follow policies rules and regulations on licensing standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
2 years working with children and families in the social services field with one of those two years specifically case management with child welfare
