Salary
$20 - $36 / HOUR
Provide direct nursing care to acutely and chronically ill patients in their homes according to physician prescriptions. Document patient visits and coordinate care activities with the healthcare team and family members.
Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice and a valid CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation are required.
Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of practice Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment.
