Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE: In an outpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication. PT (0.6 FTE) position available, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, primarily days. This is an interesting and exciting new job opportunity in Interventional Psychiatry.
