Provide essential daily care for residents, including assistance with bathing, eating, and mobility. Support nursing staff by delivering quality care and maintaining accurate documentation.
Must be a graduate of an approved CNA program with a valid CNA/STNA certification from the State of Ohio. A minimum of 6 months of direct care experience is required.
Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
Education: Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
