The role involves managing drug distribution and providing clinical pharmacy services for oncology patients. Responsibilities include interpreting pharmacokinetic data, providing drug information to healthcare professionals, and documenting medication variances.
Candidates must have a B.S. or Pharm.D. from an accredited College of Pharmacy and be licensed to practice in Connecticut. Two years of experience in an oncology pharmacy setting is preferred.
