The pharmacist is responsible for resolving drug distribution problems and providing expert drug information to healthcare professionals. They must interpret pharmacokinetic data to formulate monitoring plans and document medication use variances.
Candidates must have a B.S. or Pharm.D. from an accredited College of Pharmacy and be licensed to practice in Connecticut. Two years of experience in an oncology hospital or outpatient setting is preferred.
