The Critical Care Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy to patients in critical care settings. This includes responding to emergencies, performing medication reconciliation, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD, along with relevant residency training or hospital experience. Certification as a registered pharmacist in Ohio is also required.
