The Nurse Practitioner independently manages patient care, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. They are responsible for performing clinical procedures, maintaining health records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and national board certification. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with proficiency in EHR systems.
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or ability to obtain within start date. National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. BLS and ACLS certification. Our Ideal Candidate Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Confident working independently as the lead provider, with onsite support as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to patient needs. Open to collaboration with other physicians within our multi-site operation. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive in providing care. Exposure to MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment).
