The Mental Health Clinician (LMSW LCSW LMHC-D) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations.

This position involves performing diagnostic assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and engaging in crisis management to support individuals and families facing mental health challenges.

The clinician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care that addresses both psychological and social factors affecting health.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, preparing detailed treatment plans, supervising clinical interns, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

The overall goal is to foster wellness and recovery through supportive and targeted interventions.

Bilingual Spanish speaking Clinicians encouraged to apply. $5,000.00 sign-on bonus.

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Current licensure in New York State as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT, or a PhD/PsyD is preferred.

Strong therapeutic and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Experience in providing care to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychosocial challenges.

Willingness to supervise interns and engage in continued professional development.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Licensure in New York State (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD) and fluency in Spanish are highly preferred.
