The RN is responsible for preparing and recovering patients for cardiac procedures, including catheterizations and electrophysiology. They must apply the nursing process to provide competent care, assessment, and health promotion within a 30-bed unit.
Requires an Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing and a valid Virginia or Compact RN license. At least one year of bedside nursing experience is required, with telemetry and cardiac experience preferred.
