Provide comprehensive nursing care and continuous evaluation for patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation. Assist physicians in procedure rooms and manage the preparation of patients and families for discharge.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited RN school, an active state RN license, and BLS and ACLS certifications. Two years of experience in PACU or Critical Care is preferred.

PACU Registered Nurse (PACU RN) at TLC Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
