About the Role

As a PA or NP at One Health, you will: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services. Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention. • (maybe be required to be on call for critical labs, however, calls are usually minimal) Relocation reimbursement available Loan repayment eligibility through NHSC, Nurse Corps, and Montana loan repayment program(s) Transition to Practice Program is a 12 month structured program that provides education, mentorship, and support for new advanced practice providers (APPs). Weekly virtual didactics through MAVEN Project , offering high-quality, case-based learning and skill development. 🧾 Qualifications Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA Valid driver’s license Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience
