The Rehab Coach collaborates with individuals with mental illnesses to teach and support skills necessary for independent living. They assist in developing structured daily schedules and provide support in achieving personal goals.
Candidates should have a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience or an associate degree in human services, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. A valid NYS Driver's License is required, and physical capabilities to lift and carry heavy objects are necessary.

Salary pay range is min. $17.52 to a max. $22.82 per hr. based on education & experience (evening & overnight hours may qualify for a shift differential)

Collaborates, coaches, and aids individuals with mental illnesses in a residential (community residence, apartment, SRO, enriched crisis, and transitional housing) setting. Primarily responsible for teaching/ supporting the skills necessary for optimal success living independently. Based upon individual needs
Experience, Education, & Physical Qualifications
High School Diploma with two (2) years of relevant experience or an associate degree in human services or related field or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Valid NYS Driver’s License (as driving is an essential function of the position). May be required to lift (minimum of 35 lbs.), push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
