Perform independent technical procedures including routine and emergency patient testing, quality control, and preventive maintenance. Act as a General Supervisor designate per CLIA regulations in the absence of management.
Requires a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a laboratory-based science and completion of an accredited MT/MLS program. Candidates must have 5 years of experience in a licensed clinical laboratory.
Responsible for the independent performance of technical procedures, including emergency and routine patient testing, quality control, and preventive maintenance. Participates in Quality management processes as needed. Qualifies as a General Supervisor designate, per CLIA, in the absence of the Section Supervisor or Manager.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
