Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Must hold a LCAS/A or Substance Use Certification in North Carolina.
We are seeking a Full-time Community Support Team Substance Abuse Professional to provide the following: Deliver individual and group substance use disorder counseling using evidence-based approaches. Support clients in developing skills for recovery, relapse prevention, and long-term stability. Provide crisis support and intervention when needed. Develop and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s treatment goals. Monitor progress and revise treatment plans as needed. Coordinate services with families, community partners, and other providers. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
$52,083 - $71,920 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential.
