Description Outpatient Psychiatrist Adult or Child and Adolescent – Spanish Fort, Alabama

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist, all subspecialities welcome to apply, to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team serving the Mobile and Spanish Fort communities. This full-time outpatient psychiatry opportunity offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule, collaborative practice environment, and the ability to work closely with experienced PMHNPs and multidisciplinary behavioral health providers. The role includes one weekend of call per month and offers strong clinical and administrative support within a physician-led psychiatry organization. J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry Must have completed a US based residency program Alabama medical license or ability to obtain licensure Strong interest in outpatient psychiatry and collaborative behavioral healthcare Excellent communication and team collaboration skills J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
