Perform a variety of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury or disease. Prepare patients for testing and collect critical information for the interpretation of EEG, EMG, and other neurological tests.
Requires an Associate degree in END Technology or an RPSGT certificate, or one year of healthcare/neurodiagnostic experience. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and potentially a drug screen or physical.
Neurodiagnostic Services performs a wide variety of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury and disease and monitors patients for seizure or other neurological disorders. Prepares patients for testing, performs testing and collects information pertinent to the interpretation of test results in EEG, Electromyography (EMG), Autonomics, Epilepsy Monitory (EMU) and Evoked Potentials (EP).
