In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support clients on their path to stability, independence, and improved well-being. ๐Ÿงฉ What You'll Do Provide client-centered case management services to individuals with behavioral health needs Conduct assessments and develop personalized service plans ๐Ÿ“ Coordinate care with providers, community resources, and support networks ๐Ÿค Advocate for clients to ensure access to appropriate services and supports Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and agency standards Support clients in building skills for independent living and recovery ๐ŸŒฑ โœ… What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent ๐ŸŽ“ MHRT-C certification (Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicianโ€“Community) or MHRT-C Provisional, with the ability to obtain Full MHRT-C Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or social services required Minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ๐Ÿ’ฌ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Knowledge of local resources in the Greater Waterville area is a plus ๐Ÿ“ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ๐Ÿš— ๐ŸŒˆ Why Join Us?
