Shift: AnyThe Sonographer delivers a high standard of care in the treatment, management, control, and diagnostic evaluation and care of patient. Effectively communicates and interacts with all members of the health care team, including patients, family, radiology staff, physician, nursing, and other allied health personnel. Follows prescribed techniques in administering general and specific ultrasound exams. Arranges immobilization and support devices to obtain position of patient for desired results. Participates in continuing education programs and community educational programs.

QualificationsRequired: Active license and certifiaaiton by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers w/ some sonography clinical experience.

Preferred

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Allied Health. Active ARRT w/ 5-years experience in OB, Breast, and/or General Ultrasound and/or General Radiology.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active license and certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Preference is given to graduates of accredited Radiological Allied Health programs with ARRT certification and 5 years of experience.
