The COTA/L is responsible for implementing the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician. They must provide professional and competent quality care to residents within a senior living community.
Candidates must possess an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. An active state license and meeting all national board certification requirements are mandatory.
