Provide high-quality clinical and administrative support to patients undergoing outpatient urologic procedures. Ensure a smooth, safe, and compassionate experience for all patients within the urologic team.
Requires a high school diploma and BLS certification, with a preference for graduates of accredited Medical Assistant programs and CMA, RMA, or CCMA certifications. Experience in a clinical or surgical setting and proficiency with EMR systems like Epic or Cerner is preferred.
