Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions according to physician orders. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe and resident-centered environment.
Must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred along with strong clinical skills.
