The Medical Assistant supports physicians by performing clinical duties such as recording patient vitals and assisting with exams and procedures. They also handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and arranging pre-authorizations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, preferably in a multi-physician practice. A Medical Assistant certificate or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
