Student Surgery Tech

• The Surgical Technician Student Intern provides direct and indirect technical care to surgical/obstetric patients along the continuum of the age spectrum facilitating the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
• Follows established practices and standards.
• Supports the mission statement, policies and procedures of the Valley Baptist Health System.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned.
