What you will do Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management.

Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered.
Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.
Contributes to the development, maintenance, or modifications to the individual service plans.
