The Medical Assistant supports patient care and daily operations within the radiation oncology department by coordinating patient preparation and documenting vital signs. They collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure treatment readiness and provide compassionate support to patients.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and hold active certifications as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and in Basic Life Support. Prior experience in radiation oncology or a related clinical setting for 1-3 years is strongly preferred.
