Provide personalized home health care including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Accompany clients on shopping outings and report changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing.
Candidates must have at least one year of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
