Practice for this role

About the role

Provide high-quality preventive periodontal care and educate patients on oral health in a relationship-centered environment. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining strict safety and documentation standards.

Dental Hygienist — Confidential Private Dental Practice

Burlington, WI A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is looking for a caring, clinically excellent Dental Hygienist to join our team.

This is not a volume-driven environment. We believe dentistry is about human connection, trust, education, and helping patients achieve lifelong oral and overall health. Our team is committed to providing care that is exceptional, reliable, and centered on the individual — care that makes patients feel seen, heard, and valued. We are looking for a hygienist who shares that same philosophy.

What Makes This Opportunity Different Our mission is simple

to empower healers and educators to provide patients with world-class care and achieve optimal health.

As a Dental Hygienist, you are both a healer and an educator. You are often the relationship-builder patients trust most, the person who helps them understand their health, feel comfortable in the chair, and take meaningful steps toward long-term wellness.

You’ll be joining a team that values

Patient Obsession Every recommendation, conversation, and clinical decision should serve the patient’s health, comfort, and experience.

Relationship-Driven Care We are building lifelong trust with patients, not simply completing appointments.

Golden Rule Patient Care We do what is best for the patient, even when it is hard, and we treat every patient the way we would want to be treated.

Golden Rule Team Care We believe great patient care starts with a team that feels respected, supported, and empowered.

Team Empowerment and Development We want your ideas, your clinical voice, and your desire to grow.

Strong teams create healthier, happier patients.

What You’ll Do As our Dental Hygienist, you will

Provide excellent preventive periodontal care in a patient-centered environment Educate patients in a clear, compassionate, and motivating way Build strong relationships with patients and help create lifelong trust Partner closely with doctors and team members to support optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards Help patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture

Who We’re Looking For The right person for this role is someone who

Is a licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin Cares deeply about patient education and prevention Communicates with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Values private practice dentistry and relationship-based care Works well with doctors, assistants, front office team members, and fellow hygienists Is dependable, humble, kind, and clinically thorough Wants to be part of a practice where patients are treated as people, not procedures

Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll be part of a practice that believes patients deserve more than transactions — they deserve trust, connection, and care that elevates their lives. We choose value over volume, collaboration over silos, and human kindness in every interaction. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who wants to do meaningful work, be trusted as a clinical professional, and help patients improve their health one relationship and one smile at a time.

Apply Confidentially Interested candidates are encouraged to apply confidentially. We would love to connect with a Dental Hygienist who believes great dentistry starts with great relationships.
